| 1. | Use this form to add as many bats to your order as you desire. |
| 2. | After every addition to the order, a shopping cart will appear displaying the current contents of your order. |
| 3. | On the shopping cart, you'll notice an item called "Tom Cat Order Handling Charge". Please do not remove this item. It is part of the cost of shipping and handling. |
| 4. | When you have finished adding items to your order, click "Check Out!". |
| 5. | You will then be taken to a secure page where you will enter your shipping and billing information. If you qualify for a quantity discount, please enter the promotional code on this page. When all information has been entered, click "Continue Transaction". |
| 6. | The final total, including shipping charges and quantity discounts, will be shown on this page. You will be asked to finalize your order, authorizing the total charge on the credit/debit card provided. |
| 7. | You will then be taken to a final page informing you whether or not the transaction was successful. |
